For me Ritesh has been more of a brother than a friend during the last 4 years. A person with whom I could bank upon. Ritesh could easily be used as a synonym for: Hard Work, Excellent Time Management, Dedication, Discipline and so many other good qualities. The guy is an excellent programmer and I owe much of my programming skills to him. Has an incredible sense of humour. Most importantly you can bank upon Ritesh to be at your side when you need him the most. He is there to help you with whatever he can do, even before you think of asking him for help. All through the last 4 years I have borrowed innumerable things from Ritesh and never returned any of those on time and Ritesh made me feel as if that thing belonged to me. Discipline is wat comes 2 mind when u think of ritesh.. Amazing discipline at this age, in whatsoever he does.. He is like my elder brother and i hav great respect for him... he is the first guy me nd seemant became friends wid in uiet.. first time i got ragged, it was with him, in hostel 7... very hard working and intelligent... i used 2 go to him whenever i had any doubts ya kuchh samajh nahin aa rha hota tha.. first i had 2 look at the time to check if it was 12 in the night or not, coz when its 12 ritesh is asleep , chahe bhukamp aaye ya hstl 3 pe terrorist attack ho jaye.. with time, hamne ritesh ye aadat to bigaad di hai...he is always more than willing 2 help.. sometimes even sacrificing his own comfort 2 do so.. he is ideal partner in any kind of work .. i admire a lot of people but RESPECT very few.. i RESPECT him.. a great guy
